Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, your order is sent to our third-party logistics partner, ShipBob, for fulfillment and shipment.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the initial processing period.
Most customers receive their orders within an average of 3.5 business days, including processing time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, international addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to track your package’s progress at any time.
